How was that a controversial penalty? Pellegrino was busy tugging Bonucci's shirt, not even looking at the ball.
It was a second yellow. It'd have been a yellow if he weren't on a yellow already. Also he made two fouls in two seconds.
Don't know about the goal being offside, have to see the replay.
