I think we did very well this half. Not that easy to play away to Bologna 2 and half days after returning back from Amsterdam. I think we did well and deservedly went 0-1 this half.

We have 52% ball possession while 48% for Bologna, we have 4shots on target and they have 1. I think we were better.


Only change I would probably make in the 2nd half is to play Candreva/Mauro for Brazzo. Sali dooesn't look that fit IMO.

One thing I noticed is how much De Ceglie improved after playing a couple of games. Still far from great, but he seems to be a reliable LB now, not the headless chicken he was before.

I wonder how good Giovinco would be if he was given a couple of games...

It was a mystery Salihamidzic was in the lineup, and it's still a mystery as for what he was doing out there in the first half. The term 'waste of space' has seldom felt more appropriate. He's not even "working hard" which is about the only thing you could use as an excuse to field him.

He's always invisible in the few games he plays.

Totally agree, he seems much more composed.
