Exactly. I can handle losing to the likes of Catania and Bari if we at least did something to look like we deserved a point or two against them both. But we offer the fans practically nothing to cheer for. The team is a dead black hole for entertainment purposes.
In the Capello days, we hated the entertainment value of the club but at least enjoyed the victories. Now I feel like some of our victories aren't even deserved for how uninspired we play, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

You can throw as many players as you want behind the ball. But if you can't do something as simple as marking out a player, inviting the opposition to test that defense is utter idiocy. Always has been, always will. It's just as idiotic as thinking Amauri and Diego as the only attacking players will be able to win the game for us by themselves, or fielding Marchisio as a left-winger.
