Poulsen has surprised me. A redeeming first half of sorts. Unfortunately, I think it's overshadowed by how heavy-footed we've been with the ball. There are no delicate touches -- just clumsy, booming hits that drive the ball too far or nowhere useful. And sorry Momo lovers, I think he looks rusty and can't put a good foot to a ball in this match.
The midfield should generally be commended with the job it's doing on possession overall. But Fiorentina looks much more coordinated and dangerous in our end than we do in theirs. They look like they've been doing basketball drills while we've been trying to clumsily dump-and-hope. The creativity isn't there.
