Salihamidzic has been our best player. Del Piero has been good too. Molinaro is really struggling defensively, Chiellini has made some mistakes and Nocerino has been surprisingly quiet. We need to get Tiago in there to help us keep possession in midfield because everything has gone wrong since Nedved took that hit.

Del Piero is in Rome but in the Olimpico. Nocerino and Zanetti are either in Torino or in the Vatican and Molinaro is definitely not in Italy.

The rest of the defenders don't know what defending means.

Sali is running but what's the point?

Nedved is giving effort but one 34 year old player cannot take cover for two defensive midfielders and a forward along with his role.

Trezeguet going out wide and drawing back to receive balls is just sad. What is Del Piero's role in the equation? Is he there just to lift corners and free kicks?

The midfield is nowhere to be found, and the creativity is non-existant except for Nedved and DP.

Molinaro is having a very bad game. Zebina is Zebina, nothing special. Zanetti and Nocerino are looking far from solid.

Nedved, Chiellini, Del Piero, Trezeguet, Legrottaglie, Salihamidzic and Buffon look like the only ones who showed up to play, and with Nedved's knock, I wonder if he's still okay.

Ranieri better be rethinking the January transfer period. Juve is being schooled by a lesser team.

Summary: If we're going to score, we're going to have to create more set piece opportunities. We're doing little to challenge this defense. Either that or we have to hope Ballotta's Alzheimer's kicks in fast where he forgets what team he's on.

Defense: generally blows. We're not bad in individual, man-on-man situations. But there's a complete lack of awareness of what the other defenders on the pitch are doing and where they need to be. I don't want to flip-flop on my higher marks of Molinaro lately, but defensively the man is about as helpful to us as a guy with C4 strapped to his chest out there.

Midfield: What midfield? Don't you need to have some constructive possession to be considered a midfield?

Attack: Can take long coffee breaks at the espresso bar between set piece opportunities.

I agree with everything you say apart of Sali, he was our best player in 1st half.
