The team looked solid just after we scored. It was difficult for us to open the score sheet but once we did, we took command and dictated our play on the field.

Nedved is really good, his ball reception is still one of the best in the world, creating the space needed and running forward but his second step is a bit lacking. I expect Palladino to replace him on the 75th minute mark.

I want to mention a triangle that is doing a good team work. Zebina, Nocerino and Camoranesi. They are covering each others spaces in a very good way, making our right side as a strong front as is should. It would be good if we can deliver more from the right to our forwards.

Legrottaglie is covering a lot of area, doing a good job and passing the ball forward always in a smart way.

Criscito is good and he is always there to cover Molinaro's forward runs.

Our forwards both have their names on the score sheet, so there is no need to mention them.

After this result, it looks really good that Del Piero is on the bench waiting to play in the second half. He is the kind of player we need by the ticking last minutes to keep possession and thus keep the result in our favour.

We started very brightly before Palermo flattered to deceive for about 5 minutes then the pendulum swang back. Palermo sucks so bad it's unbelievable. Good game by all except Nocerino. He just seems to be running around.

Man,the guy fights on every ball in every place on the pitch,he is on the right,on the left,in the middle,the guy is runnig like a mad cow.

He scored a goal from nothing just becoz he never give up,I didnt knew that he can play free kicks:eyebrows: .
Everyday I admire this guy more.

Great first half. Ranieri has rubbed some fairy dust onto our team, we look alive. Nedved has been better then he has this season and we are crossing the ball a lot. Our defense has had 2 Palermo attacks to deal with and it has been comfortable so a perfect first half, the best of our season. It proves that Iaquinta is a valuable player and he is a battler up top. Trezeguet has been in possession more, passing it to the edge of the area and great, a 2-0 lead! Claudio knows what is our best formation so Ill give credit to him for that, he is with the players more then any fan so he probably has his reasons for not starting Tiago. In the second half we need to keep a 2-0 lead and try for 3, and in the last 20mins we need to defend. Lets get a clean sheet for Gigi. Good goal by Vincenzo, most players would have looked for a penalty. Trez as classy as ever.

I'm happy with our performances. We're playing fast and not just long balls like it has been too often this season. Molinaro is always available in the offence and once had the courage to just go through which almost ended in a goal. That guy does quite well tonight, give him a chance.

Camo has some room for improvement and Nocerino - can be subbed .

I don't remember seeing Palermo so clueless. You must give our boys a credit for that. We make them look awful.
