New bar opened in Aberdeen opened a while back called SIX°NORTH, specialising in Belgian-style beer.

I've been going to more of those pretentious bars lately, you know the ones where they're called "mixologists" instead of "bartenders". The quality of the drinks actually make it worthwhile, too bad they tend to be full of hipsters.

Aside from issues with the people that frequent them, it just takes so long to get served because every drink takes ages to make.

Mezcal is pretty good if you drink it and then bite a slice of orange

When I go to one, I don't mind the labor time really, because the drinks to me are worth it. However it's not the type of bar I go to if I just want to go out & party. The price point on the drinks make that pretty much impossible anyway, unless I was rich.
