I still doubt it's true. Even if it is, Real Madrid - Toronto FC tickets just went on sale and they're on average 200 bucks Canadian. TFC sells out every game. I've tried to get tickets and it's pretty much impossible unless you know someone. So, if they're coming, pray that they play at the Rogers Center.

It's probably about the same as your trip as you have to drive North over Michigan before driving Northwest. But yeah, that would be quite the trip. I'd love to see that part of Canada but that's not gonna happen driving.

They were supposed to play Benfica a couple of years ago and cancelled. This year we got the shaft again not once but twice. :mad:

The Juventus Summer is taking shape: Cisco Roma and Nancy the first opponents

With twenty days to go to the beginning of the new season the bianconeri’s Sumer is beginning to take shape. During the time spent in Pinzolo between the 9th and 21st of July, the team will play three friendly matches.

Today, the details of the first two matches were announced. The first test for the 2009/10 season will once again be played in Pinzolo at the Stadio Pineta on Wednesday 15th July. The team against which Ciro Ferrara’ side will be playing is Cisco Roma, a team from the Lega Pro Seconda Divisione (former Serie C2).

Four days later, on Sunday 19th July, the squad will move from Trentino to France to honour Michel Platini. Joeff, the club of the city in which Le Roi was born and began his football career, will be celebrating its 100th anniversary and in order to celebrate the event a friendly match between Juventus and Nancy has been organized.

With regards to the third and final test, which will also be played in Trentino, detailed information will be issued in the coming days.
