yeah, we're broke.

and getting young, promising players and developing them used to be part of our model for decades anyway. back to the path we should have never left.
The burning money model hasn't brought any advantages anyway. It's probably the reason of the downfall and has prolonged the agony, everyone at the club got complacent in one way or another.

After two capital increases, there's nothing more Exor/Elkann can do, except for firing the responsible to bring in new (hopefully more competent) faces.

Remember when they said that after Buying CR7 we would focus on buying those type of players but then earlier on? We bought Vlahovic (for a shitload of money but still) and after that we brought free injured players and so on
That's because everything we have been doing since Marotta left is random.

Giuntoli's resume is pretty fucking good. Would welcome him with open arms but of course, Juventus is not for everyone. Paratici had some interesting skills as well but turned out to be someone who is probably just a scout.

a good scout with a matching director can actually work, see marotta + paratici for a few years before tici thought that he could do it all on his own. tici isn't doing terribly at spurs either cause he probably wasn't given too much freedom. he needs strict guidelines, otherwise he turns into a secco on a rampage lol

if giuntoli arrives then the chemistry between him and arrivabene (&agnelli) will be the single most important factor imo. at least he's got a much better track record than cherubini

Hopefully, Pubeface, Big Nips Papi, and Chimichanga won't be around for much longer.

Besides Nedved, the other 2 certainly have a positive track record. No?
Nedved wasn't mentioned here :D

Positive? Not so sure. The results indicate otherwise thus far.

Kean was a huge waste of space. I'm still not sold on bringing in Paredes on those high wages with a potential obligation. If they somehow choose to renew Fagiot, that would be another epic fail. Renewing De Shitlio was a fail.

Our team still has many gaping holes, is injury prone, and lacks cohesion. Allegri is largely responsible, but neither Chimichanga nor Big Nips Papi have covered themselves in glory, and neither of them has any experience in football.

As for Pubeface, he's been digging a bigger hole for himself year after year.

Results are not solely on them. Kean and De Sciglio, yeah agreed. The rest are just big upgrades and I'm pretty damn sure they will not renew Rabiot. Of course it still has holes but we cut half of the salary costs while cleaning out the closet.

I'd say name our 3 best attackers, 3 best midfielders and our best defender to see their record is more positive than negative.
