Hoops or stripes with white etc are fine but making a grass coloured kit is rubbish for viewing at least, not sure about actual playing. There are colours/designs that are harder to see, that Man Utd grey kit was a classic example lol.
That's probably the main reason they ditched that kit. Broadcasters kept complaining and eventually Serie A banned the green kits with an exception of home kit like Sassuolo. Also keepers are allowed to wear them but away and 3rd kits with dominant green are banned.
