Because they play in the insanely populat EPL, the biggiest brand league in international sports? Man U is 2nd most profitable lasting football brand after Real Madrid? Their revenue stream is high despite decade of mediocrity.

It's not rocket science really, popularity and good bussiness sense leads to profit.

It's almost like football isn't about the football any more

Anyone noticed how different fan version and authenthic shirts look like this time? Usually they have differences in less noticeable details, this time one is super shiny the other one is not at all.

I must admit in this case, it’s a good thing we didn’t have a shirt sponsor. It looks so much cleaner with the third kit.
They’ll eventually add the sponsor on this one too but the design and old emblem still makes up for it as it looks retro and unique regardless, they sure had a good idea coming up with this 3rd kit, hope we use it in most away matches.

I dont know if this is true, I saw it in a couple of sites... Supposedly The Prime Minister has blocked the agreement between ItaAirways and Juventus for the sponsorship of the shirt.

it's a state owned company. i know it hurts juve but unfortunately it would make sense to not spend taxpayer's money on a sponsorship deal

i'd be surprised if such a deal materialized. even jeep/stellantis board would be hard to convince to pay 20m (~half of the last deal) to ronaldo-less jj once again and that company is controlled by jj ownership

btw the 3rd kit, and especially the goalie jersey look awesome. without the sponsor logo it will be a collector's item within a few years
