I think that potential shirt mockup would look better if there was more black instead of white. But the idea isn't bad, as long as they don't end up doing what they did with Milan & Madrid making the shoulder stripes gold or some shit, that would just look bad IMO.

Yellow is a possibility though. The stripes just kill it. Adidas doesn't have a minimise tic design sensibility and that's what works against them when you compare them with Nike or even Kappa. They try to blend fashion and sport, and unfortunately nobody does that better than Puma, which leaves Adidas with no real niche of their own. Look at Milan's jersey this season, it's such complicated design. They have to figure out a new way to integrate the stripes. Although I think they do a better job of plain jerseys than striped ones.

Yellow/gold, whatever, it would look bad. The stripes have to be either black or white. That's what went wrong with the Milan shirt this season, theirs should be either red or black, or white like their sponsor.

that's something milan would do
tbh, from an aesthetic view, I think what they've done with some of Milan's 2nd/3rd kits incorporating the Italian flag on a solid black shirt has looked pretty good.
