Im a bit confused about this next gen team. We seem to produce talent from the next gen but the next gen itself is not good enough for a promotion.
Now, I understand some of this talent isnt really Juve (Serie A) level but should they at least be able to achieve a Serie C promotion? I mean its not like the bar is too high..

A promotion could really benefit our club as experience in Serie B is way better than Serie C.

Montero screwed our chances at the start. Also no big loss, a lot of big clubs (Bayern, Real, Barca etc) have their second team playing in third tier. We're just not as good as them, when it comes to recruitment.

Barca 3rd devision? For some reason I remembered them as top of their 2nd division (and unable to get promoted due to Barcelona playing in La Liga)

It happens occasionally that a big club has a successful team who can compete in the 2nd tier but it never lasts long, which makes sense as the better players get promoted or moved on. It's basically impossible to sustain a second team for years in a competitive league with groups of different kids.

Barcelona and Real Madrid 2nd teams both play in the third tier currently. There isn't one 2nd team currently in Segunda. Bayern II play in the 4th tier. In smaller countries with a smaller pool of professional teams like Netherlands or Portugal it's common for B teams in the 2nd tier.

I brought up points like this and got it explained to me in ways I didn't really get but it's making us money and one or two look really good and may have saved us on transfer fees as well

With Sassuolo's promotion to Serie A, the obligation to redeem Tarik Muharemovic has come into force. Juve will collect a figure close to €5 million.

The percentage of the resale in favor of Juventus for Tarik Muharemovic is 50%.

what’s the best new players from this team?
It's early to judge them. Should put them in the squad to see if they can handle the pressure in a professional level. Gyan, Semedo, Pietrelli, Daffara, Puczka, Turicchia, Cudrig, Perotti, Faticanti and Turco seem promising. They most likely send off on loan plus option/obligation.

Adzic is too good for this league. Wasting his talent by having him play there. Should be getting minutes with the first team. Same with Gil Puche. Daffara is amazing, and home grown keepers always have a shot at sticking. He can be a #2, at minimum.

Adzic was on the roster before he got injured, he got minutes in 2 or 3 games if I'm not mistaken.
