when replacing the coach works: with montero, the boiz were going to get relegated. with brambilla (who also started badly, with 1 point in 2 games), here's the form table of the last 6 incomplete rounds:

I don’t get people who say they hate sacking coaches mid-season. It often works, at least in the short term. Sometimes it’s good for a shock to the system for a squad.

The coach replacement really benefited the team. I hope that will positively impact development too.

BTW Javier Gil was promoted to u23 again, only 18yo CB.

The arrival of Serigne #Deme is done. The 2005-born player is the new reinforcement in attack for #Juventus #NextGen (most likely next week in Turin) ⚪️⚫️

Raised in Spal, this year he scored 5 goals in Serie D with the #SassoMarconi ✍️ @junews24com

Juventus after Giulio Frisenna, center mid from Messina. I remember him standing out vs next gen not long ago. Dunno anything about his career, but he didn’t look like he should be in serie C.

i don't know why we didn't call afena gyan yet. i get that next gen desperately need points too as they are in a literal relegation battle, still, priorities should exist at the club
he’s more of a winger, Mbangula is already struggling to get playing time. Semedo has looked pretty good under Brambilla though.

The editorial staff of TuttoJuve.com has contacted, exclusively, the ds of Sasso Marconi with whom Juventus interfaced for the negotiation regarding Serigne Deme, Roberto Zagnoni, to talk in depth about his arrival and not only:

Not everyone knows Serigne Deme. Roberto, can you tell us what this guy's best qualities are?

"He is an incredible guy, very polite and always available. He is an attacking outsider with a lot of quality, in addition to the tear in the first meters he has a great speed combined with a very good technique. You will hear a lot about him."

How did you find out?

"He was already a guy we knew, living in Bologna, but our second coach Bertone wanted him very much because he had been following him for years. As soon as he proposed it, we as a company - which already knew it - immediately asked Spal to buy it".

What impact will this guy have in Serie C? Do you think he's ready to make a difference?

"I think yes, we can see the championship a little. He is really very strong, he has really important characteristics and few teams in C are in possession of such good players".

Is there a player who looks more like in style of play, physical strength or character?

"If I have to shoot high, I answer without a doubt Dembelè for his quality combined with speed. In Italy, however, I say Isaksen".

Can you tell us how the negotiation with Juventus took place? How did he convince you and the boy?

"There wasn't much to convince him, because if Juventus calls you already know that the boy will accept. I don't hide that other companies had called to find out and open a negotiation, but for a few months now the boy had already made his decision".

I'm curious: who were the other clubs interested in the boy?

"I can reveal one, namely Atalanta for its U23 team. There were two other A clubs who wanted to buy.
