Brining Zauli from U19 to U23 was a good move, and it won’t surprise me if we do the same again. Gives those managers a good opportunity to guide some guys from a really young age.

Tbh the difficulty with the talented ones is that they can't stay in Serie C, only for maybe a year or two whilst they are still 18 or 19, after that they need to take that leap to grow.
