Hi,
I am new here so excuse me if i am writing in the wrong place. I am form Bulgaria and for the last few months i am trying to buy the Black and White membership card but for some reason there seem to be a problem with the website. When i reach the payment page and click pay the website returns to the previous page and nothing happens. Have anyone else had the same problem and is there any solution to it. I contacted the juventus.com website administrators 3 times now and they assured me that they have fixed the problem but i still get the same result when i try to buy the membership card. I would appreciate any help from you guys. I am desperate to buy the card and failing for so long i am getting frustrated.

Just realized that my membership had expired last October. I thought it would renew automatically (it has done so in the past, I had totally missed the email that it had expired). I still have my membership card and it should be valid till 2020, will they still send me new one now or what the fuck. Italians really know how not to take care things like this.

I guess you've had the premium membership? Well, last year they changed from Premium to Black&White-membership and I had to renew it by my self too

When you make your b&w membership you'll get a new card.

Yea I had the premium...noticed that the name had changed (and the price too I guess, I thought I paid much more for it in the past than what the B&W costs). Do I need to order the card or will they send it with the "welcome package"? They sent me an email where they said that if I don't have a card then I can order it from the site? Got me fucking confused since I have a card which should be valid but the membership name has changed indeed.

You'll get the new card automatically with the welcome pack.

Doesn't matter, the card is useless anyway. My brother lost his card, and he's always able to enter the stadium. They even told us, they won't exchange his lost card :: So just keep it as a keepsake.

Haven't ever needed the card for anything really. Already bought the tickets from Viagogo anyway since List ticket has fucked me up in the past (can't even remember if the card was needed while trying to get the tickets from List ticket).

No you just need the "FRM FanID" (you find in at your member profile on juventus.com) when you order on listicket.

If there will be a next time, text me, I've never had problems with listicket. There are two mandatory field's where it isn't clear what to fill in (one f.e. is this FRM FanID), but normally it should work.

Yea I thought so. Tried to get tickets from there back in -16 and it crashed all the time when I got to the end, I tried it like 15 times or so (was pretty god damn frustrating).

Of course there will a next time...would like to go watch a Juve game at least once in every 2 years (not like I'm able to travel to Turin every year I guess).

Hey guys, I want to go to the stadium vs Napoli. I will be traveling with a friend. I am a B&W member and he is no Juventus member. Does anyone know how many tickets I can purchase with this one membership? Do we both need to have memberships? The FAQ on the site says "Generally speaking, you can buy up to four tickets provided that all ticket holders are members. Any exceptions or changes to this for specific games will be made public via a ticketing statement and added to the Tickets area of the website.". That sounds like everybody has to be a member... Thanks for ur help =)

This is the second season they write this note, before it was possible in Serie A to buy 4 tickets without that the others had to be members.

BUT since they changed this, I still haven't figured out what really has changed. So my brother and my friend became members too 1.5 years ago. Before I used to buy tickets for them as non members the same way I buy it now. I NEVER have to name their membership number or anything, just name, birthday and native country. And when entering the stadium you'll never have to show your membercard (my brother lost it anyway). So, if you'd ask me, nothing has changed and it'll still be possible to buy tickets for non members.

Now it's up to you:

1. You wanna risk it (I think it will work) and buy the ticket for your friend, because I think when everything works with the order, it will be fine, because his membership will never be asked.

or 2. you spend 65€ for your friends membership.
