I think in games like this we have to drop back a bit more, let them attack a bit in order to create space for the counter, otherwise start shooting more from distance. We won’t break their defence just passing around with the lack of fine passes and technicality.
Ironically that might give us a chance to use the pace we have up front on the counter. We don't have the technical players to pass or dribble through a defence.
We've been either passing out wide but weah and bangs can't get through so they pass back again...or we've tried beating their offside trap with passes over the top and runs from deep. Almost worked a few times.
Same old issues. We don't look shaky at the back but we are brainless in the final 3rd
