lol I was trying to figure out who is playing on the left, if Motta changed tactics etc, only to realise Nico barely touched the ball for 15 minutes.

Locatelli is 27 going on to be 28 soon. How much can he realistically improve? If this guy is going to be our main distributor or one we build the midfield around, we are not gonna win anything for the next half a decade.

He's not going to improve and he shouldn't be the one to build around. He should be a backup. The problem is nobody we have signed in midfield has displaced him other than Thuram.

I prefer McK more behind. He should be close to the opposing goal only on corners/freekicks. We need a guy that distributes the ball better in that advanced position.
