Pretty awful half. Our mids bar Locatelli have barely gotten into the game. Luiz looks gassed after 30 mins and Poop having a Ghostchisio-esque performance.

And this Nico Gonzalez looks like a bum tbh. Not that impressed by him. Too many turnovers from his end.

We miss a bit of directness from the flanks. Conceicao and Count would be useful in these situations.

Again no actual fullbacks, Cambiaso is coming inside more as CDM in this formation, and only one real winger, too many experiments all at once and many new players not yet knowing each other too well, hopefully Motta will make changes at halftime and get back to basics to try secure the points here.
