We should stop fucking around and get Gasperini. Juve foundation and is basically the only real gurantee quality coach of the upper top middle clubs. He is stubborn and fiery but has system that works perfectly (even man marking defense can be exploited).

I like Gasperini, wanted him years ago. However it's the same thing, it's gonna take atleast a few seasons before he gets his system embedded. For now we're screwed no matter who we bring because the players personality and style just doesn't go, different characteristics, and remnants of the previous philosophy are still there.
