I think he will improve us and make a difference. Even just having a physically imposing player in midfield in front of the defence will help massively.

We badly need to improve our creativity and goals from midfield and control of the ball. I really hope he can add this but it is a big ask.

Our left side remains such a big issue in creating. Sandro, Berna, Rabiot, Ronaldo all don’t create that much, while we have Chiesa, Cuadrado and probably McKennie from the right side. Won’t be easy to find balance in that regard.

Positive half, only negative for me is we just need work on staying organised at back, if Atalanta pass ball to the wing it doesnt mean our fullback and closest centre back both need to run towards it while the other centre back decides to stay where he is, leaving a gap in the middle. Saw this atleast 2-3 times the quick passing from good teams like Atalanta will split us apart like a hot knife through butter.
