So the Agnellis invested 104.8 mil euro into the club. What about the money already in it? Where is the money to be spent before transfers? Anyone have this info? It was to my understanding that we had about 50 Mil to work with before the Agnellis did this. Would this be added on? Or is the 104 a total of the new funds and existing funds.

This strategic move and the announcement has many reasons,
attracting sponsors is one,
attracting media attention is another one,
also:
-warn other teams that are stars are no longer for sale on cheap
-a morality booster, to the likes of Trezequet, within our team now
-a far cry to ambitious mercenaries/players all over the globe
-a morality booster on DD, he is allowed to feel safe, think clear and take more risks

-a commercial trick advertising our company's change of route on transparent, crystal clear policy, than Moggi's dark and corrupted methods.
Despite the common belief and future transfer joy,
i believe the true message of this announcement is that,
we have nothing to afraid of, our power and clarity cannot be doubt,
we are here, we are strong, we are stable, we are ready to take our rightful place back,
we are back in business...
;) Spot on !

Are you nuts ? This transfers would cost us over 100 million EURO.....
actually i don't think it is that unreasonable,as i wrote we would have to do some swapping.

mancini->trezeguet(think totti would welcome this)
ribery->boumsong,zebina+cash
momo->camo(perhaps not in direct swap, but i rate them in same price category.)
canna->didn't madrid spread the transfer over several years, which in this case would mean we could get him fairly cheap, if they no longer want his services.
zambrotta->same story if he wishes to return
huntelaar or adriano->don't know if inter still owe us money from vieira-zlatan transfers, but in any case we could spread the payings over several years as well.
barzagli->miccoli,chiellini+cash
heinze->his price isn't that high coming summer
pizarro->free transfer

so no i don't think it is that far fetch out, only thing is if players want to come and clubs want to sell.
I am fully aware of that we would have to spend big, but it would still be possible financially...and least in my opinion

am dreaming of this formation :

Grygyra----Barzagly-----Heinze-----Bal/Chil
---------------Frings---Sissoko------------
Ribery---------------------------Quaresma
----------Trez-----------Robinho----------

or this

Grygyra----Barzagly-----Heinze-----Bal/Chil
------------------Sissoko-------------------
------------Frings------G.Silva-------------
------------------Diego---------------------
----------Trez-----------Robinho----------
You must be a CM/FM game player.

9 new players in the starting lineup, plus you don't have a goalkeeper at all. Thank God your dream will never come true.

Those plus the two free transfers and another three or four quality players ie Heinze, Barzagli, Gilberto and Klose would make a very competitive side for next year.
