Has anyone else received this email from their customer care?
My card was finally charged yesterday, but the status is still processing.
Dear customer,
due to a fraud attack about online payments, we had to stop and check many orders. Now we ended the check and we can release some orders, the yours too, but we need a well readable front/back copy of your credit card.
We were informing the interested customer about the matter.
