last night's game just showed that Robinho's weaknesses and they can't be resolved in one season imo.
In at least two counter attacks he opted for dribbling rather than just passing the ball to a better positioned player and he was played in his favorite position upfront.
wasn't that christiano ronaldo's weakness also last seasons i think if robinho plays in a better team who aren't that selfish as real he would develope much better than he does now

but we don't have time to let him develop. we want players that will make an instant impact if we are to be our best again.

still though..Robinho would be a waste of money. Much better players out there.

u can be based in a 17 years old player no matter how good he is.
barca cant count on messi alone...he's great but he's young and he is not the fighter type.
.
Messi is good but I don`t think he is as good as being said
I don`t think he has what it takes to be the next big thing who can change games on his own
there are just few of those players and I don`t think Messi is gonna be one of them

as for Pato well he is just 17 but I did saw in him something he could very well be the next big thing + he is a brazilian so if he isn`t he can sure entertain us

Madrid Ready To Sell Robinho For 30 Million Euros

Brazilian striker Robinho hasn’t managed to carve a niche for himself at Real Madrid and both player and Merengue management are considering the possibility of selling the player on at the end of the season.
Robinho has three years left on his contract, but hasn’t lived up to the hype created around his play, arriving on the crest of a wave that loudly announced the arrival of (yet again) the second coming of Pelé.

The ex-Santos player hasn’t managed to make the transition to be a fundamental piece in the Merengue puzzle that Capello is still trying to put together into a trophy-winning squad. It’s not just Capello’s harsh hand either, other Coaches left exasperated by the forward.

After two years at the White House, Robinho is still a promise rather than the world-beater he was supposed to have turned into by now. He himself is beginning to question if he signed for the right team and, despite earlier denials, is now willing to consider an exit.

According to 'Marca’, Milan are interested in signing the player to recreate a previous seleção dream to have Kaká, Ronaldo, Robinho – and perhaps Ronaldinho – shining in the Rossoneri front line.

Adriano Galliani, although he’ll probably deny it before sundown (along with ridiculous allegations that’s he’s bald), was supposed to have asked Real Madrid about the position of other players – including Robinho – during the course of the Fenômeno negotiations.

Milan are in the process of rejuvenating their squad and Robinho is still seen as a player who’d fit in at Milanello. Real Madrid bought the player for 24 million Euros and, according to the reports, would part with the Brazilian for around the 30 million Euro mark.

Robinha majú v Reale Madrid plné zuby
23.02.2007 9:47 - MADRID

In short that means they didnt want him more, because of his gaming reliance and team spirit. Nobody in real belives in him yet, and me too, as I saw the game against Bayern

kerlon also has some amazing stuff!
Kerlon isnt even on Cruzeiro's first team. Gladstone does.

About Pato, he's too young and will be too much expensive. He played only a single match on Brazilian League and two on World Club Championship, all other matches were by Brazilian U-20/17 team.
Someone from Arsenal came once to see Alexandre playing an U-17 tournament. His report were "sign on Denilson, not Alexandre".

And finally, Robinho when played on Brazil he was superb, more than other Brazilians stars like Kaka (2002/2003). He's talented, but he need to find himself against better defensive systems.

Ahh Gladstone. Didn't our brilliant management get rid of him as well? We never even had a chance to see his exploits.
he was just another young player who moggi bought, talked up and then pissed off.

as for Robinho, 30 million??? Trezeguet's value must be at 50 million then...Buffon's at least 70 million......

If that is the going rate of players, regardless of their past and age etc...maybe it is a great idea to cash in on Trezeguet.

Huntelaar and Klose will be expensive then.

Ain't that a kick in the head.

That's a little steep, I think they'll let him go for 20 mil. No point in keeping a unhappy player and frankly Real can afford it.

Yikes.... that's a steep price. Gerrard, Toni, Close, maybe Cannavaro? Way too many high-profile names. They can't all be coming to Juve next season.

Milan sounds like his destination if he goes. They have the money & he can play with the likes of Brazilians Ronaldo & Kaka.

It would be nice, but I don't think we'll see him with Juve next season.
