After the double session occurred yesterday, today Juventus sustained a single session which was particularly tough and hard. This afternoon the side got on the pitch and worked for more than two hours.

*

Conte subjected his men to the usual warm up followed by a series of fitness exercises. The training then continued with ball possession exercises which saw two groups of 11 players each on a small portion of the pitch. Then, defenders and midfielders dealt with passages in order to test the action triggering, while the strikers literally ‘adjust their sights’ by testing their shots on goal.

*

The last part of the session saw all players together in order to go on with their tactical work and play the traditional small-sided game. Luca Marrone didn’t train with the group but dealt with his specialist program.

*

Tomorrow, the Bianconeri’s training session will take place at 2:30pm.
