He's been playing as defensive midfielder since Pirlo left, and he doesn't have his set pieces nor his vision. I feel his attacking game has gotten worse over time, especially now with the transition to this holding role. Remember his first season with Conte? He was making more runs in the box than Vidal.
His corners are better than Pirlo's imo (although statistically, I could be wrong). Pirlo's corners were shockingly poor at times.
Couldn't find the right place for this...

I see something racist in there...

I always liked those players who have lots of goals and assist.

In the previous seasons, or in the last 9 seasons since I'm doing these stats, we didn't have many players with double-double (at least 10 goals and at least 10 assists). Only Del Piero in 2008/09 (21 goals+11 assists) and Vidal in 2012/13 (15 goals+11 assists) managed to do this.

This year, though, even before the season has ended, we already have two guys with double-double. Pogba has 10 goals+12 assists and Morata has 10 goals+10 assists. On top of this, Dybala is only 2 assists away from a double-double, because right now he has 18 goals+8 assists.

    Team play at its best.

Pogba though has a triple double as he has 10 yellow cards also
    Yeah :D

Vidal had a triple-double too back in 2012/13, with 16 yellows. But Vidal has one more advantage. That beast was also leading all the tackle lists in Juve, serie A and the top 5 leagues in Europe. He had a crazy season.

Good post... Just hope Morata stays cuz I believe those guys plus Berardi are gonna achieve 100 goals&assist every year... what a good time to be a juve fan

What can you tell me about Mandzukic's numbers? I'd also like to know how he compares to Morata and if you could fill me in on minutes played and starts too I'd be very much obliged.

See the first post in this thread on page 1.
As for starts, he started 25 matches out of 46 matches so far this season. On 4 he came in as a sub. On 1 match he was an unused sub and on 16 he wasn't available, mostly due to injuries.
