Juve: alla ricerca dei nuovi Ronaldo 17/4/2007 - 18:23

(ROMA) - Si dice Cruzeiro e subito viene in mente Ronaldo.

Juve: to the search for the new Ronaldo17/4/2007 - 18:23 (ROME) - says Itself Cruzeiro and immediately comes in mind Ronaldo. With that knitting the Phenomenon began to do acquaintance all over the world. But not only, other champions recently disembarked in Europe dressed the historical knitting of the Cruzeiro: the doors of the Milan Dida, but also the number 1 of the PSV Eindhoven, Gomes, or Fred, clinging it some Lyons. An 'I smell' for the champions that it did not escape at the Juventus that, between not a lot, it could start with the Brazilian society an actual partnership in the youthful area.

As far as i get it. We'll try to sign an agreement with Cruzeiro. Seems good to me. They have some very impresive youngsters. Like Lucas Pezzini that Milan are trying to buy.

IF that Brazilian plays like Kaka, then why not?

Kaka is the only Brazilian I know who can get his creative juices in control, most of them are just simply hard to discipline or be put on a "technical" leash.

Cruzeiro won the best Brazilian youth championship this year. The final was against Sao Paulo (Sao Paulo youth team beated Real Madrid and Chelsea in a youth championship).
They have a promising generation and Guilherme is the best name on it.

By the way, Thiago Heleno and Kerlon aren't good enough to join Juve.

Whatever one's preferences regarding Brazilian players, it's great that the club are looking at South American youth talent, and placing greater emphasis on youngsters in general. The Capello (and indeed Lippi and Ancelotti) eras didn't exploit the young talent available to the club in any meaningful way whatsoever(except perhaps loan them and sel them piece by piece). Now with the club in a somewhat transitory period and players such as Palladino, Paro and Marchisio coming through, youth development is only going to benefit us in the years to come.
