I wouldn't play Maresca and Appiah in the centre of our midfield, it's just too unrelieable. Tacchinardi is playing better than Appaiah anyway, so he should play. MAresca should be put in next to Tacchinardi, with Nedved at playmaker and Camo or Micccoli on the right. This way, either nedved or Maresca cna drift out to the left side, or Maresca can go forward while Tacch stays back.

This way reasonable defensively, Camo in an attacking role(he can't defend anyway). Room for Maresca, as Del Piero will cut in, Maresca will follow. Zambrotta will attack down the left flank. This way our left side is unstobable.
