Juventus Still Italy's Most Popular Team

According to a scientific survey by ACNielsen CRA, Juventus still have the largest fan-base in Italy by quite some measure.

The titans from Turin are supported by approximately 9,700,000 of Italian football fans above the age of six, while Inter Milan are a distant second with 5,235,000. A little behind them are their city rivals AC Milan, who command a legion of just over 4,500,000.

The ranking of the top three was exactly the same the first time the ratings group did the study two years ago.
