According to Palermo boss Maurizio Zamparini the Juventus management are not doing as good a job as most people think.

According to Zamparini, at Juventus there is "a lot of confusion". By which he is referring to the transfer of defender Andrea Barzagli to the Bianconeri.

"I think it's Ranieri who doesn't want him, because he has experience abroad and does not consider him a first choice", the Sicilian club's boss said, "and with this new management in Turin they are making a lot of confusion.

hahaha zamprini says we're doing a bad job? How many coaches has he fired and re-hired in the past year. Worry about your own team bud!
He should concentraate on his own team, but it is interesting to hear from folk who dealt with the Triade and hear how the new directors differ.

i think that is the common feeling that the new management doesn't know quite what to do right now...and it has been made worse by the departure of Bettega

we went from moggi, who was probably the best at dealing with transfers, to secco. So ofcourse other teams will be frustrated because with moggi it was quick and simple.

Barzagli Set To Stay In Palermo?
The Italian international defender might actually remain in Sicily despite being courted by various important clubs in the past months.

Andrea Barzagli's future is still very uncertain, as the Palermo player might actually remain in Sicily according to his current President, Maurizio Zamparini.

The volcanic President in fact declared to 'Radio Radio' that despite the interest of Juventus, Inter and Fiorentina, Barzagli might in end the remain with Palermo and help the side to further improve on last season's position in Serie A.

"The major signing of Palermo could be the confirmation of Barzagli who will also be the captain of the team," declared Zamparini who is trying to build a very strong Rosanero side for next year.

Palermo missed out on the Champions League placing this year after being in the top three for a long part of the season, before eventually sliding down the standings.
