Juventus are reported to have heavily fined Mauro German Camoranesi following his sending off against Arsenal.
The Italian international was sent off for two bookable offences during Juve's 2-0 UEFA Champions League defeat at Highbury on Tuesday night.
Camoranesi's reaction to being sent off when he blew kisses and ironically applauded the crowd upset Juventus officials and they have decided to punish the player.
It is not the first time this season that Camoranesi has cited controversy and it appears the latest incident could be the last straw.
Reports emanating from Italy suggest Camoranesi has been fined €40,000 (£30,000) for the incident.
The whole matter has cast doubt over the winger's long-term future at Stadio Delle Alpi, with Juventus thought to be willing to let him move on.
