I know it is very rare for tall people to be technical,but Zlatan IMO is one exception. And I said big guys don't dribble at full speed. I don't think its a matter of ball control rather motion control(body). It comes down to quickness of execution.
Because of his size relative to other players (smaller than him) it would be unwise to dribble at full speed. And thats why I still think he is on the same technical level as the bests are at Juve.
I think also that the level of technique big guys have are not shown as often on the field as players of your size. You can execute the same technique quicker then big guys, which makes your technical moves more effective. Thats what I think really seperates big guys dribbling at full speed and smaller guys : the quickness of their movement (body,legs).
Im a small guy myself and sometimes I get by defenders by doing the same moves as my bigger counterpart only I can do them quicker.
