I think Juve needs more defenders, and Capello knew that. I think he is waiting to January to see how are the things.

1 - The continues injuries of Thuram, Kovac and Zebina.
2 - How devolps Gladston and Balzaretti(too youngs and need more experience).

We have a great defence, but the problem is the ageand their continues injuries. Thuram(32), Canna(31), Kovac(31).

Names.. well i think in:

Lugano : the replacement of Montero in uruguay, he plays for Sao Paulo and is his best player in the defence. Is one of the simbols of the team. ( If he comes, can play in the CL)

Mexes: He have a great potencial( and needs Capello to devolp)

Kompany: A big future

Other names: Gonzalo Rodriguez, Ledley King, Barzagli.

Other options?

For 2 years I said Gonzalo Rodriguez for the future.

Tacchinardi---->Villareal
Gonzalo-------->Villareal ;)

Lugano could be the next Montero.

Barzagli is good but now Terlizzi is outshining him...

Kompany would be too expensive.

I like Ujfalusi.

Capello likes Pablo...Perea..

Gonzalo Rodriguez is a very talented young centre half but he's already played in the CL with Villarreal so I wouldn't go for him in January as he'd be cup-tied. Kompany is probably out of our price range and I think Mexes will remain in Rome for at least another season. Like Gonzalo, Barzagli and Terlizzi are cup-tied. Don't see Fiorentina letting us have Ujfalusi so Pablo Ibanez or Luis Perea, who both play their club football in Spain for Atletico Madrid, would be solid choices.

Well, I would give this kid Gladstone a try out first, who knows maybe he is the next Aldair :D

Form the names mation, I like Gonzalo alot, but also Lugano.

Terlizzi, I don't know, seems to me that he could become another Legrotaglie, if you know what I mean

Lugano is almost a real madrid player, it´s not just a rumour. Ovber ehre in south america it´s almsot a fact. I tell you guys, gladstone has a great future. Kompany is too expensive, Gonzalo sounds better but they will both be club tied. Kompany has one foot in chelsea. I like Ujfalusi, but don´t see him coming. Luis Amaranto Perea is a very solid player, so Jeeks is right. I´ve been hearing Helguera a lot, but he is too old and apparently fancies a move to the EPL.

we need to look at at least two players. One pure centre back and one who can play centre back and right back.

Kompany would be great.

Rodriguez would be good also.

Who knows what Gladstone has to offer.

As for being cuptied....i think we have to pray that our centre backs stay healthy.

No
This season, No. We have enough depth when Thuram, Kova and Zebina all come out from injury.

Next sesaon, may be. It depends on the progress of our young talented, like Gladstone, Balza....etc

    For me Luis Perea can be the next Thuram. He can play in the 3 positions in the defense. I saw him playing in all his teams, in DIM(colombia) Boca Juniors, and know in Atletico de Madrid. He is very quickly and strong.

    Pera and Gonzalo are defenders for us team, and perfects to play in the italian league.

    Canna is not injury

    I still don't have a clue on how good Balzaretti and Gladstone are, but seeing neither has played more then one match so far I don't think that they will become better then Thuram soon. Signing a young defender to replace Thuram is critical next summer, even more important then getting a right back (although I'm hoping that Blasi will be a revelation).

    well we have igor and legro on loan as i think if we need them next season we will get them back. They could be alrite for depth purposes.

    We also have masielo on loan and i think he just scored in serie B.

    other than that am fanciing bonera the most from all the others.Barzagli didnt impress me that much but he has potential.

    Tudor was tall and huge, what is it that makes Capello not like him? Or he looks for these properties only for forwards?

    Capello is picky, so if he loaned out Igor and Nicola this season. If he is still with us next season, I don´t think he is going to want them back. He´d rather buy someone new
