you took one sentence out of context. it's obvious you dislike zigic personally, but that doesn't change the fact he is talented and a lot of europe's clubs are after him. personally if wenger wanted to splash over 10 mil, that's enough assurance for me.

and i agree phrozen, that a defender should be a priority. i give a green light to burdisso as well. at inter it's hard to show your true talent, and i think he can get better.
Vlatko, when we were linked with Simon Vukcevic I was dissapointed.
Same goes to Vucinic. Before it was Ibrahimovic,I never liked that guy because of his behaviour.

I don't have anything against each of those guys,I just dislike Yugoslav football and the players coming from these Yugo leagues, because those leagues are screwed and same goes to the players.

We have many taleneted guys in Juve: Palladino,Volpato,Masiello,Paro why we don't use them instead of bringing some other unknown guys from shity leagues.I can't understand that really.
I'm starting to feel that it is a problem in a deeper strucure of our club, board or something.

Wenger wanted to splash 10 mil on Zigic, but he didn't do that after all.Instead of that he bought Rosicky.
And I don't rate Wenger as a norm for the transfer tagets,we should rely on our own.

True, we have set our goals in transforming this squad to a group of youngsters with a blend of experience. Zigic is a risk, he has no "italian" experience. Also our priority should be a defender.
Exactly,everything you said is true.

We need defender,a good one, that is the weakest part of our team, and we alredy have other positions covered.

Burdisso sounds like a decent move, however I think its all down to what Inter actually want for him. We shouldnt spend more than 3 mil if anything.

Burdisso'll be good for Serie B, Zigic may become good player. Anyway I hope he'll score on wednesday and that he won't come to Juve. I wouldn't sell player whos goals eliminated Real M. & Barcelona (Zalayeta) !

that's a little superstitious if you ask me, but that's your personal opinion. ex-yugoslavia has had some of the best football players ever. even now there are some very good players from this area. so i disagree on the players, but the domestic leauges here are indeed screwed up.

well i'm all for giving youngsters a chance. but not as much as some of you. not trying to be rude, but some have fallen in love with some of these youngsters just because of the loyalty they've shown. i'd like for them to suceed at juve as well, but paro, palladino, volpato, masiello and the rest have been with this club for a number of years, either in the primavera or on loan, and if they haven't been able to get to the first team till now, what makes you think they're gonna get any better soon? juventus is not a club that can afford to give youngsters chances, well maybe we are now, but anyway, what i mean is, we need proven players on the pitch. we are not parma or roma, who rely on youngsters, we never were. untill now maybe.

as for wneger, i wasn't saying he is a norm or anything. i was merely making a example out of him as someone who knwos how to spot a talent. i don't think anyone has made so many world class players out of youngsters as he did.

I know we r not a club that would give the youngesters a chance and they r merely here for the financial aspects not as future assests of the club and i think this is a wrong policy. We need to give the youngesters some chances as we have some good potential in here. Some of them really matured from going out on loan and quite frankly their time has come.

After a while and with the right preparation for those youngesters they will become good players for this club. Thats my predicition but anyway they deserve a chance to prove themselves.

well i disagree. we simply never relied on youngsters and it always worked for us. hell i don't think any of our players came from ou own primavera, apart from alex. and that's exactly my point. alex when he was young, he stood out of the crowd. it was clearly obvious this kid has something amazing. whenever he came on he impressed greatly. it was obvious with him that he's gonna be big. with palladino, volpato, paro and the others it's not. they are simply prospects and untill they stand out and get that something, when they turn around the outcome of the match when they come in, they won't get their chance in a club like juventus. forgive me but i haven't seen anything so impressive from these youngsters we have. sure loaylty has to be commended, but if things weren't as they are now, they would still be far away from juve's first squad. and that is not cause we don't give chances, it's perhaps cuz they simply aren't good enough yet. alex was and alex made it.

if bringing this guy means that Palladino is going to be loan then I dont want him near Juventus...
Thats what the majority of us dont want & tbh i rather have the Felipe deal collapse if Palladino & Masiello leave.

defence is/should be our priority. We already have enough strikers. Even if we get rid of 1 or 2 strikers, Zigic would still spend most of the time on the bench, which makes his price seem even more ridicolous.

If Trezeguet stays, which seems to be the case now, I don't really see a need for Zigic. Unless we can move Zalayeta and obtain the Serb on a smaller fee.

first of all alex was not from our primarvera squad, he came in young but he didnt spend all his life in this club.

2nd i know not using our youngesters worked for us well, but that doesnt mean its due to the fact that they r not good enough.Imo most of our coaches didnt want to take the chance with them and also there werent that much of a place for them.

We r great in bringing in players at a young age and developing them, but we dont seem to give the chance to the young players from the club.....although some of them look very good prospects.

At this period of time , i think we should give those kids a chance. We need passionate players and those players would always give 110% for the team.Bringing in players from the outside should be kept to a minimum, imo.Passion and motivation would be the key next season since we will not be playing in a highly technical league

yes i know alex came from padova, i was just making a point. fact is none of these youngster stand out like he did and that's why they are not playing. but like i said, this is serie b now and this is a whole new world. so if they can't/won't be given chances here, than i ask myself, what good are they for anyway? if we can't trust them in serie b than they are not such big talents in the first place. i'll leave that to deschamps. i still think zigic would be a good contribution, as well as burdisso, and i hope these deals go through. we can and we should sell zalayeta, the guy stuck with us through thick and thin and imo it would be best for him and for us if he left. he can still make something more out of himself, other than a juve bench player.

Forza Juve!!!! Thats all i have to say for now.....We are not profesional enough to judge every move juve makes!!! If juve wants to buy some player(s) let them buy....they never made any mistake in that matter! You will probably think of Ibra as a mistake but think of the first season when he came to juve and how good he was....I have been saying this for a long time and i will say it again: "The only problem with Ibra was his ego" Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And for that the blame goes to Crapello who was always putting Ibra infront of DP!!! Lets just hope that Zigic wont develop the same ego that Ibra did!! That depends from DD and how he will treat Zigic!! Or let me put it simple for you...If DD treats Zigic like a super star right from the begining we will have our self another Zlatan Ibrahimovic but if he treats him like a talented player that comes from one of the worst leagues in Europe then we will have ourselfs a very good and useful player!!!! So forza Juve we belive in everything you do!!!!
