dont you think that that defence is a little bit oldish?

oddo is 27, zambro is 26 (iirc), cannavaro is 30, and campbell will be 30 in september. we need young blood.

If Campbell were to play for Juventus it's going to be tough to still cheer for Juve..
Why ? He is not that bad, I'll stop cheering for Juve if that dumbass Legrottaglie is still 1st choice.

you think that juve will give up that easy on legro?

nedved, buffon, davids etc, all had bad season when they came to juve. look at them now.

ah but thats the beauty of the signings we already have chilleni to replace cannavaro when he is in his old age and we can get at least 4yrs from oddo,5 from zambo, and at most 2 from cannavaro and 3 from campell

    not bad no?

What about Fresi, Salas ? I hope Legro can become a success like Nedved, Buffon, but he is just not Juve class from what I saw so far, I rather have Campbell anyday.

Buffon did not have a bad first season and niether did Davids for that matter. The only recent instance where a player recovered from a terrible first season is Nedved and his first season was only half bad. Furthermore, there have been many players who have come to Juve after having great seasons then sucked form then on.
