    I think we should start to bring fresh blood to the defense, players like Montero, Iuliano are simply not good enough anymore and Ferrara will retire after this season!

    Bonera is a stay-at-home right back who can play in the centre. I don't rate him very highly (imo Zebina and Birindelli are better) but if we could get him for a bargain price I wouldn't mind because he's relatively young and has shown potential in the past.

    Imo bonera be the heir to the "new" montero. This year he has been clumsy, thus he could come to us and take over monty's job.

    imo rodriguez would be a superior purchase.
