Obviously he's very active in the attack and can hold the ball, reads the game well and is linking up with chico and yildiz lik he plays with them for seasons, and is only his second game.

You can see he understands what to do in the attack and there is no doubt he will be an important asset.

We got so much used to Susan that he looks like e proper player in just 40 minutes.

We just need Muani to complete the attack

Dont get me wrong, I rate David a lot, but today he seemed to me that is not at all involed in our attacks. He needs a finisher next to him I think.

Dont get me wrong, I rate David a lot, but today he seemed to me that is not at all involed in our attacks. He needs a finisher next to him I think.

We need Kolo Muani that is clear as day.

I still think we need a number 9. David is more suited as a second striker but I could be wrong.

He has years as playing nr 9, and scored 25 goals as one last season.


He is not a traditional 9 like you used to, more versatile and flexible, but he is one still.

David looks good when turning and running into space, but not so good with his back to goal when we are pinned down… but still seems like he will be useful for us and links up well at times.

Good half. We had the best chances and are winning so cant complain much.

We do need to be more solid and not lose the ball as much, and recover it faster. Against more creative players we would have conceded chances/goals with the current flow of the game. Too much possession in our half for Dortmund.

If not for Thuram forgetting his shooting boots today we would easily have had at least one more goal… but overall this starting XI is far from ideal and inspired little confidence before Yildiz moved more centrally and started controlling the center of the pitch which gave us an edge.

Better, no point risking him for longer here, looked like he took a hit at some point in the first half too which he brushed off and kept going so better to rather use caution while he is still recovering.
