That wouldn't be so bad actually! Great left and right backs..

But I desperately want Zambo to be an attacking winger, I want him to get the praise and attention he fully deserves as an attacker. He creates plenty of opportunities there.

no way mancini is not good enuf to play with juve i think he would end up like anotehr zebina...if we are going to sign mids or defence you have to sign well-known players who can play on an ionternational stage who have proved themselves and mancini personally i think has not done that so no to this please moggi or cappello if ur seeing this lol NO, NO MANCINI

Chiellini - Cannavaro - Thuram - Zambrotta, thats a very nice line of defenders there ;)

Zebina hasn't been playin terribly for us, infact he has done surprisingly well, so I don't currently mind him back there. Although I must say he lacks quickness as a RB to go up against good wingers.

Why does everyone think that Zambrotta is a good right back? Of course he can play right midfielder, but he has never played more then 45 minutes at RB. I suppose it would make no difference to him, but you never know for sure. Another problem could be that Zambrotta and Chiellini as wing backs is too little defensive power.

U gotta point there. Both wingbacks would be a waste if we don't use them going forward, but then we would only have 2 cbs back there.

Aslon as we have good DMs it'd be no problem in my opiniion. but I do think now that Zambo might not be as good at RB then he is at LB.

We cannot be relying on Cannavaro and Thuram to bail us out all the time. What we need is a wingback who can hold his own and attack relatively well, not two Zambrottas on the flanks. It's good that we have Zambro on the left since the team doesn't have a natural left winger, but the right side's fine.

    1. Zambrotta is not a good full-back on the left or right. The reason that he excells currently, is that he is allowed to play wing-back role, because the rest of the defense stays back.

    2. Chiellini is a good full-back. He's a lot more balanced than Zambrotta. He'll add more defensive skills, but he won't go forward as much.

    3. Putting Chiellini at left back and Zambrotta at right back would be too offensive, but if we put Chiellini at left back and another balanced player at right back, it would be far more effective than putting Zambrotta on the left and a stay-a-home defender on the right.
