I remember that with Krasic he said the same thing and added that Juve doesnt do bidding wars therefore he was no longer an option. So who knows.

If he said this in July I'd take it with a pinch of salt, with 10 days to go, I'd say he was pretty conclusive that deal has not moved for a bit. Doesn't seem like there's inclination to close there.
