If the deal goes through we have to hope we are going to bring the best out of him, but there is definitely a lot of risk here with him being a young player from a Germanic culture. It's not the same as when Morata arrived. There are only three players who would be able to converse with him upon arrival (Khedira, Lichtsteiner and Mandzukic).
The kid obviously has a lot of base talent, he's a natural. But I'd be seriously worried about him if he's struggling in Germany at a smaller club to then come here and be expected to slot in quickly. That would be more than a pleasant surprise.

It's not difficult, but the language issue is only part of it.

Didn't know that. Arsenal it is then. BTW I don't think Chiellini's spoken English is very good. I'm pretty sure Lichtsteiner speaks English as well.
Side issue anyway, the cultural difference and tactical nature of the game would be the biggest issues.

Agent: 'Draxler could go for €25m’
Julian Draxler’s agent believes Juventus could buy his client for €25m, and admits that talks are taking place.
The Bianconeri are keen to bring the Schalke 04 youngster to Turin, and the German club confirmed yesterday that they had allowed the player to talk with the Old Lady.
“It’s true, we’re talking with Juventus,” Roger Wittmann told Tuttosport.
“I think a deal could be concluded for €25m. His release clause [a reported €45m] is no longer applicable after June 30, and that will also apply for the next two seasons.”
Interestingly, the figure quoted by the player’s representative is exactly halfway between the valuations of the respective clubs.
Juve are thought to be offering €20m, with Bundesliga side holding out for €30m.
