Only 2 days left before the window closes,so we have clearly trouble getting him(reason is irrelevant).
We need a player who is a game changer after losing 3 important experienced players.
We're a few million away from Schalke's asking price. Yes, the window is close to it's end, but it's not like we're in a desparate need to get him. Beppe assured we'd land a quality player for the no. 10 role, Cuadrado came for practically nothing, and we've just saved upwards €20m on Llorente's wages to pay Schalke for Julian. If we consider letting Coman join Bayern for €20m+8m bonuses, we stand a good chance of meeting Schalke's asking price of 27m + 5m bonuses. We lost three important players, but they're all covered for already - we're not replacing anyone by signing Draxler, we're improving by signing a quality player for a position we had Pereyra fill last season. If you're on to "we had a better squad last year" I might as well disagree.

thought i reported early this morning Heldt saying Italian reports are unreliable as he has received no offer, and 2 they will make a decision today if we make an offer, that could be a No! in our face, funny how Italian media were making it seem 99% and would even make selling Coman look more funny if we fail to land this guy.

Pirlo was not an important player anymore
Definitely wasn't. But gotta say as much as I wanted Pirlo gone, it wouldn't hurt to have him in our current squad, when we are severely lacking options in the middle.

We'll miss his free kicks, these were clutch in certain periods of our season. Last week vs Udinese before Bonucci blasted that free kick from 20 yards, I could only think of man if only Pirlo was still here, that would surely gone in.

We've rejuvenated our squad. I'm happy with the "so far" outcome. Tevez & Pirlo were inevitably going to leave due to their ages. Vidal can continue with his friction burns on his lips by sucking Bayerns c0ck.
