Why should he go to hell? He's just doing his job dude. You pay him the 30m he's asking for and you get the player you want. How does that translate to Schalke not wanting to even negotiate? They're not obligated to do so, anyway.

We wouldn't still be talking if we weren't going to make this deal happen. The reason we are still in this deal (apparently) this late in the mercato is because we want it to happen, before any other deal.(apparently.) In such a scenario, I'd say we are more likely to do what we have to do as far as the money goes. We are just trying to see if we can save absolutely anything on this deal, before eventually giving Schalke what they want, coz 30m is well within our budget for the supposed 'marquee' signing. I can't see us lose out on Draxler (IF WE ARE HOT FOR HIM) for a matter of 6m. We've already upped our offer from 15m to 24m. Doesn't seem like we don't want this deal to happen.
