Why would anyone hate him? He is a good player who is potentially a future top player. It's just that what he shown in past 2 years hasn't fulfilled the initial hype. And isn't kind of must sign level of player to justify selling Vidal to afford him.

But other then that, getting him in general, if he stops being injury prone, would be a highly exciting idea, considering the lack of alternatives.
People are just mad about Vidal selling, if it wasnt for Arturo I think most of us would fap for Draxler. I really like idea of bringing Julian (not as much as for example Gotze or Oscar but still) and imo he make us a better team.

I like Draxler's game but I have a feeling he is mentally a bit weak. Gotze too, they don't seem like players we would typically see at Juve.

It's important that we don't lose what makes us a team no one enjoys playing against. The Germans always had plenty of tough and arrogant players over the years, I suppose these lads are just an example of the modern soft European footballer.

No worries, Bonucci's personal motivator and some garlic candy will fix 'em.

This is true for pretty much the whole current "golden" German generation, except Muller they are all pretty mentally weak or unassuming. Even more so compared to their predecessors who even the most average player was absolute strong willed mad man who would fight with his own teammate if said team-mate hindered their possibility to win even a meagre friendly game.

Yes indeed, they are weaklings unlike Verratti, the Jesse Ventura of football.

I think it's got more to do with the following two reasons. A) he's injury prone. B) he's not a guarantee, like the player we just lost. So it's a bit of an unfair trade off for the team if it aims to remain competitive immediately, in the CL. Draxler is the signing that could go either way at this point, while Goetze, despite coming from another league offers a bit more guarantee and comes from a big club with a slightly better mentality to settle faster in another high pressure environment.

I'd prefer tottenham's Eriksen to be honest and if I can really dream then Muller.
No to Eriksen or Lamela. :( Muller. Dayem. :tuttosport:

Yep. Doesn't matter. Beppe hires Allegri: burn his house down. Beppe signs Morata: burn his house down. Beppe sells Vidal: burn his house down.

It's a monotonous and childish pattern.
