hey guys, roman is second to now one, not even to dinho in my opinion.
some of you judge him because he missed a penalty. well ok, DP missed a penalty against param, if he scored we would be champions by now, DP missed another agains cali when chimenti saved his shoot, if he had scored probably juve would have got a second goal. but yet i don't and won't blame DP if we some how lose the league, he did his best.

IMO this is not about missed a penalty, but how to manage a pressure...

the problem is that capello is not welling to change he plans and formation.
he sticks with the same players the whole season. which proved very costly.

we need depth in the squad. Olivera is just a name on the bench. we need some one we can count on. Like milan, we need deth.
I actually predicted Capello's departure to be pretty soon, that's y I wished we get van Bommel b4 looking out for fresh blood again.

And it is funny people's idea change about Riquelme after a penalty miss, therefore having a conclusion, he can't play under pressure.

Shit happens and he just got too big headed IMO, he put himself in so much pressure...

Him missing the PK probably means he won't miss one next time in similar situations, "been there done that" sort of thing

Riquelme isn't really a good penalty taker to be honest.

oh ic...I've never him see taking much so I wouldn't know...

I thought it was a Baggio / Del Piero type miss....

I was kinda hoping for a complete playmaker though, one who would lead the team in terms of technique and creativity...which includes dead balls...considering that we wouldn't have one unless DP is in the first eleven which becomes less likely the older he gets...

    Great ! Well said
delpiero ( I like him very much, he's the leader of juventus) but for some fellows here he's untouchable ! let's talk about zlatan and what he did or not did :D

At least , you were objectif ! YES , Delpiero also misses chances against parma and cagliari

His penalties is something like Toni. A good keeper would be able to beat him provided that luck in on the goalie's side.
That is y Forlan takes penalties from now on.

Regarding ur player, does Mutu playing behind the strikers count?

Riquelme is good from deal ball situations though, he just isn't a PK expert. He's a very useful guy to have when it comes to taking free kicks and corners.

Buying Riquelme is probably the best thing we can do on the transfermarket, although Aimar would be nice also. We're an italian team, so we need someone with charisma and Riquelme has that. He makes football look so easy. If we buy a good and real number 10, like Roman or Pablito, we will be able to play attractive football and that is what's fun to see. So that's the first thing Juve should do and after that they should look for defenders or other players!

I'm not sure that Riquelme would be a good fit in Juve though. He has a poor work ethic and needs the rest of the team to revolve around him for him to be effective. If he doesn't get the ball as often as possible he isn't effective because he doesn't work for the team when he doesn't have the ball. I'd prefer to get a more complete player (in terms of defence and attack) like Wesley Sneijder.

riquelme is too possessive with the ball, we can't have that kind of a player in serie-a

i think aimar and rosicky are more like nedved in a way they pass on the ball faster to the forwards

riq is very generous with the ball. Aimar imho is even less generous.

Sneijder would be much more usefull on the left flank.
