They were talking about how using fifa as a reference is stupid, and I saw this video the other week. They have a manager or coach of some team from Norway say that he uses it to prepare for matches. He said the ratings help him...

I hope he was kidding.
lol

I hardly think that professional coaches use FIFA to gauge how good a player is. It's just a video game at the end of the day.

From what I can gather from that video, clubs and coaches like having their players play FIFA to encourage team bonding and probably get their players minds off other much more dangerous distractions (booze and bitches)

Fifa isnt a reference

However, some club in england once bough a player purely based on his rating in football manager.

So if Conte doesn´t want his winger to run with the ball but to wait for passes in the byline and cut in. Does Vargas suit this, cause Krasic doesnt. That could be why there aint anything happening with Vargas. Krasic and Vargas are both players who are known for running and crossing...

Vargas is a very complete player, he can indeed be creative and more smooth on the ball than Krasic. He actually played as LCM in a 4-3-3 for most of last season and was very effective there(after his injury).

Espesh since they're asking for between 15-18m. What I wouldn't doubt however, is an all cash offer if at all there is one. I see this similar to the Vucinic deal, no alibis, just straight cash if Conte wants this player.

That's bound to happen over the next couple of weeks. The cb will be sorted followed by two weeks of sales and an LW and perhaps a backup RB coming in on the last day of the mercato.

Signing a big player in the last days aint easy, i know it happens occaisonally. Teams in general dont want to sell a big player when it´s too late to find an alternative
