I imagine it just as formalising the paperwork and getting all the signatures, but what is so difficult or unique about this deal that it takes experienced group executing dozens of transfers every year so long to set up? Is the paperwork so different from all the other deals that they have to draw it up from scratch? Seriouslyl, I don't get it.
