Bring him in. Better him then Saponara.

We can switch to 433.
How so? Cuadrado and Dybala both would belong on the right flank. Cuadrado would be useless unless allegri was planning on playing him as a wing in a 352 or straight up switching his position to treq.

Wingers in the 433 should be on the side opposite to their preferred foot. In that case, it should be Dybala on the right and Cuadrado on the left.

Cuadrado lacks IQ for that tbh. He's an ideal wingback for 352 but since Conte's gone there's no actual reason to bring him in. We need someone with good pass and brains to linkup midfield with attack.

Whats with the myth that Cuadrado is dumb player. Some time ago, someone wrote it and now everyone's repeating it. Because he's fast, doesn't mean he plays like an idiot.

And his best role is not as wingback. Least of all Conte's. He's best as a very offensive winger, on either flank.

An unpredictable player, creative player. Deadly on the counter. Would suit us well, and we should've brought him in a long time ago this window. He's not a second rate option.

Also, he gives us the option to change formations ;) @Klin

'Pereyra Marchisio Pogba Cuadrado' Would make for a hard to contain midfield. All of the players can do damage on their own.

Dude, 4-4-2 would really suck for us. :D

If we can't get a decent 10, we should explore other options though.

I reckon with the current crop even Allegri has no idea what kind of team to field.
Surely 352, no?

Buffon
Barzagli/Caceres Bonucci Chiellini/Rugani
Lichtsteiner/Isla Pogba/Pereyra Marchisio/Khedira Sturaro/Pereyra Evra/Asamoah
Dybala Morata/Mandzukic

Why won't you go with the flow... Brainless, another Krasić etc.

It's so safe to play along / little soldiers in a row...

I agree with your opinion on Cuadrado.

Man a year ago everyone here would do a massive fapnado and now it's vomitcane.
This.

And he was perceived as one of the best league players over 2 seasons. If he still can play on the same level as he used to at Fiorentina he would be a massive addition. Very good dribbling, creativity, versatility, good understanding of tactics. I won't pay for him much, though. There is still question mark whether he will be able to return to his best. Loan with right to buy sounds more sensible.
