Mandzukic is a one man pressing machine. Even when he is in seemingly poor goal-scoring form (which he isn't IMO) you can count on him to harry and harrass opposition defenders all game long. Love it.
What the fuck happened to this guy's end-product. He had 15 goals - 8 assists in 2013/14... His passing was great, his shots from distance were good... and now it looks like he has no idea what to do with the ball anywhere in the area of the box.
talented player, but slows down play too much. His presence on the pitch particularly hurts Dybala who thrives on quick ball. Nice supersub to have, but far too expensive to be a supersub imo

Yeah, Cuadrado is a great individualistic player, but he has very little football IQ, and he isn't the type of player to make others around him look good.
Fantastic player to have as a sub. I wouldn't want to pay 30m euros on a sub though. Especially considering he and Dybala are not really compatible with each other
His decision making is too slow. If a pass is on he waits until it's too late. Same with his crosses. Save the funds for someone better. I feel like he's already a done deal though.
I think people are exaggerating when it comes to him. He's a good player, has his uses here, adds a bit of unpredictability to our game. For 20m I'd buy.

Absolutely. Cuadrado is already a proven player, he is still young and has a lot to give. We absolutely need to buy him for 20-25 mil. Actually I'm happy with his performance so far. He is making so much troubles for the opposing teams and it is beyond me why are so many people against him.

There will always be some player that people will flame for one reason or the other. Cuadrado isn't supposed to be world class winger and wasn't brought here under this pretense. He's a good squad player that had important role in some of our games this season (City, Chievo, Torino, etc...). The issue arises when he becomes our main creative outlet, then we get exposed. Fortunately we have several players now to provide this team with creativity and Cuad to add a bit pace on the right flank, draw away several players and create more space for our forwards.
I have a feeling that Allegri will iron out his atrocious decision making once the team becomes more stabile. If he could just pass when it's obvious that he should pass we would have a great asset in him.
The move to the backline and weak shot yesterday, when pogba was wide open for a goal scoring chance, sums him up perfectly as it is atm.
