If it's between Cuads and Sandro that we have to renew one, it's Cuads.
Thats the thing it should never even come to this, both have/had expiring contracts we've renewed one thanks to the stupidity of Allegri playing that clown when we had stronger and more competent defenders like Gatti and even Rugani on the bench, yes I said it Freaking Rugani is more reliable than Sandro in a back 3.

Just give him like 3 or 4 years, why not. At this point it doesn't even matter.
hell give him a pay rise as a thank you for his years of service, especially the last 2 years of consistent shitness and brain farts. 10/10 deserves it. It's not like the club even cares anymore, I'm growing tired of how this club can't even address or address their problems by prolonging it some more!

yes in an ideal situation we should not renew either of them. Liverpool just confirmed Firmino, Keita, Milner and Chamberlain's leaving the club upon the expiry of their contracts, while we are planning to renew or auto-renew our deadwood.

Lower than 5m is a wide range :D anything thats 3m+ still puts him among the best paid defenders in the league and thats just not right. Id be fine with 1.5-2m, thats probably a contract he'd be able to get elsewhere in Serie A too

Here's the problem with Cuadrado.

I'd love to have him back as the backup RB at a lesser salary playing a role similar to Bonucci this year. He'd 100% be a backup to a new signing for RB. He'd be more than capable in that role.

BUT, we all know if they bring back Cuadrado, they'll probably be too cheap/selective in the transfer market, not sign anyone, and just roll with Cuadrado and De Sciglio for next year.

I'd rather management not have the crutch of Cuadrado to lean on when going into the transfer market and looking for a new starting RB. Cuadrado leaving would force them to prioritize that position and not F around.
