typical Cuadrado put in great defensive effort, got in some good positions and always looked a danger on the counter but showed he is utterly brainless in final 3rd

Despite his lack of end product, one of our best players. He was everywhere and huge credit to him for locking down our right flank. Also kept Barca cautious with his counter attacks.

He's really developed into such an excellent all round player

Had them on the back foot quite a few times with his searing pace and trickery. If only he had more consistent end product...

Cuadrado as expected, was vital. If only to burst out of the defence with the ball and alleviate the pressure

And made sure Jordi Alba wasent shooting into the box all the time, cause cuads would have abused the space if we'd get the ball

He's either really good in attack or really poor. I wish he could be more consistent with his end product
yes,

he can go from being genius to simply ebing too poor. Is like a randomizer.

The good thing about him is that he is tireless and even on his bad days.. he forces rivals to be aware of him. He is simply too annoying.

That said, i would like us to have a variant to him for w2hen things are not going his way

The FIFPro XI is a travesty. Not a single Atletico, Leicester or Juve player (Dani Alves doesn't count), but they had 5 from Barca.
or the year we had Bayern-Dortmund in the final but had something like 5 Barcelona, 5 Madrid players, and Falcao when he was at Atletico. FIFA is really a joke, so glad France Football decided to take the balon dor from them

I know everyone likes to point out how idiotic the average football supporter is, but look at the UEFA team of the year, as was chosen by users. It's way more merit based and way less of a popularity wankfest.

except for Iniesta and Pique making it over some Atletico players (Godin and Koke probably, maybe Pogba instead of Koke, but he had a few bad months with United), thats a lot more realistic. but its understandable, since Barca has so many fans voting in these things

Interesting. Usually Neuer gets into all these XIs.

I wouldnt have Pique there, for variety could have added a Atletico Madrid defender. Or Pepe who was immense in the euro 16.

Iniesta has been on a decline, not sure who i would replace him with though.

yeah, Pepe too, forgot him  put him there over Bonucci (had a better year individually) or Boateng (achieved more teamwise)
